The Urge to Write

I am sitting here in my usual coffee shop. I won’t link bait to it. Not yet anyway.

I sit here most days, many hours, pondering on the future, brainstorming, and pondering some more. The more I ponder, the more I feel the urge to write. I want to write, I want to write the shit out of what I care about. I want people to know what I think, how I think, and to be honest, why the fuck I think it. After all, isn’t this what blogging is all about? Who knows?

What I do know is this, I have a bazillion things on my mind, and they tend to stay there, and I know I must write them down. Moleskines are pointless for me, I tend to bottle up my ideas and thoughts.

And so in my usual way, this is “another” inaugural post to announce some sort of comeback to the world of Blogging.

p.s. In case you give you shit, August 2004 was the month/year I started this blogging bullshit.

p.p.s I apologize for my poor grammar in advance.

  • Glad to have you writing again, I feel the same as well.

I’d welcome your thoughts on what you feel might be the risks of expressing controversial opinions – many of us need to make a living and now that the internet is baring many truths it is sometimes hard to reconcile commercial and personal interests – I wonder how you might manage to achieve that.

  • to be honest Ed, I have no clue how to differentiate between commercial and personal interests. because, for me, they are all rolled into one life, mine.

yes my opinions will be controversial, thats the point to some extent. if I make it, woopie, if I don’t, then I don’t. But I promise one thing, I won’t change who I am for a few $ here and there. I am who I am, and I do what I do best, create products and services that work for both the agencies clients and myself.

i guess its a good job i don’t have a pr department :) – they’d be kicking my ass right about now.
