Fuck Education – Sometimes

Same coffee shop, same seat, a different post I guess.
I grew up in East London, you know Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels style? Apple ‘n’ Pears and all that crap.
Well, the school I went to was one of the best in Town, publicly funded, so the usual bullshit story. However, School wasn’t really for me.
Why?
Because it taught me shit about the real world, the working world. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of subjects that actually do help, but these are limited.
Answer me this, when have you applied Algebra since leaving your School in your workplace?
(let me guess 99.9% of you that’ll read this will answer “never”)

If there’s one important thing that school teaches you is to somewhat organize your thoughts and having a decent grasp on deadlines.
At least that’s the only thing school (highschool, uni etc) taught me.
